My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a strong smell of smoke, despite being non-smoking, and were a bit outdated, but the pool and hot tub were nice. The service was a mix of helpfulness and overcharging, and the location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and a free shuttle to the casino.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious and modern, it's concerning to hear that pets are possibly being snuck in by guests. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, especially during our late check-in on a Saturday night. The location is convenient with plenty of dining options nearby, although the facility's pet-friendly area may not suit everyone's preferences.
